Proactive Webflow maintenance and support
Why work with me?
I specialize in Webflow, ensuring your site is built with clean code, scalable CMS structures, and an understanding of the platform's latest features.
Priority support
Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with dedicated service. When you have an urgent request, your task jumps to the top of the list for immediate action.
Consistency
By working together long-term, I gain a deep understanding of your site’s architecture, allowing me to implement updates faster and more accurately than a one-off freelancer.
Cost effective
A fixed monthly retainer provides budget predictability and is a more cost-effective alternative to hiring a full-time developer.
Attentive maintenance
Your site is regularly monitored to ensure peak performance and excellent SEO results. I genuinely care about your site and want to keep it evolving with your brand.
What's included
Improved performance
I take care of the small things that make or break a pagespeed.web.dev or Lighthouse report.
Things like ensuring images are compressed and their sizes defined, the font files are in the correct format and uploaded manually, that code snippets are in the correct place and deferred if it makes sense, videos are placed inside lightboxes, and much more.

CMS support
With deep experience creating CMS collections with complex filtering, it’s a pleasure for me to create collections that work together, set up the filtering, sorting, and conditional visibility, as needed.
Regular updates
Assets, copy, sections and/or whole pages to keep your website looking fresh and functioning perfectly.
SEO
I’ll go way beyond setting up your metadata, meta-title and OpenGraph image.
I’ll also take care of schema data, semantic tags, alt text for images, ensure heading hierarchy is respected, that links are set up correctly, that aria-labels are used when needed, that a site map is automatically being generated, and more.
A tidy build
Training
Whether it’s a walk-through of how to input items into your CMS, create unique instances of your components, or update text or images, I’m happy to create videos and even create a library within your project so you always have quick access to them.
Maintenance logs
Using an Everhour timer, I keep a detailed log of all changes made and how long they took me. This information is shared with you monthly so you’re aware of how many roll-over hours you have.
I will also inform you when/if we’re approaching the limit of your monthly hours so you can choose to pay for extra hours or pause the work temporarily.

"Emma is an indispensible member of Wisepath's core team. Her constant work on the website is essential for Wisepath to be able to communicate in a continuous manner with the market and its potential customer.
As a start-up, we couldn't afford the services from a professional with the same seniority and expertise in any other way."

"I highly recommend Emma for her quick turnaround time and innovative solutions to the issues we've encountered with our website.
She has consistently been proactive in addressing problems that we may have missed and offers multiple viable solutions for us to choose from."

* Both of these clients also make updates to their sites autonomously.

In our Discovery call, we’ll take a look at your website and discuss the kinds of updates and changes needed. Based on that info, we’ll agree on the scope of work and number of hours that makes sense for your organization.
The tools I use
Living continentally, working remotely, reaching globally.
My clients have included a mix of individual professionals, SaaS organizations, and a large, fast-paced agency.
My experience ensures that you will receive regular, transparent communication, excellent service, and a quick turn-around on tasks.
How does it work?
We hop on a video call in which we walk through your website and I hear your thoughts about what kinds of updates and changes are needed, and we’ll discuss how many hours per month makes sense for your organization. Then I’ll send over a proposal. When that is signed, I’ll send over an invoice. Payment of that guarantees access to my services.
Tasks can be submitted via Slack or email. When I’ve addressed the task, I will send you a video message to share my work and ask for your permission to publish the update to your live site and close the task.
What if I don’t use all the hours in a month?
At the end of each month, I will share a report of how many hours were used (and on what tasks) and how many hours will be rolled over into the next month.
The maximum amount of hours that can be rolled over is the number of hours in your plan.
How do I change my retainer?
You can add hours, reduce hours, pause or cancel your plan at any time. Your invoice will be prorated to the number of days worked in that month.
How does payment work?
Once we’ve agreed upon the number of hours that works for your organization and the contract has been signed, I’ll send an invoice. Payment of that (via Wise or bank transfer) guarantees access to my services for the month.
How quickly are tasks handled?
If you submit an urgent task, I take care of it immediately (within business hours). High priority tasks are handled in 24-48 hours. Medium and Low priority tasks are addressed by the date that we’ve agreed to.
Are there things you don’t do?
I don’t do motion design, graphic design, or illustrations but, if you need them, I’m happy to bring in professionals who do those things.
